Will And Jada Pinkett Smith Are Selling Their Estate in the Santa Monica Mountains for 42 Million Dollars

Will Smith told Architectural Digest that their 25,000 square foot mansion was designed with “no ends, to create an infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I hoped for our love.” 

The family’s nine-bedroom estate in Calabasas, California includes a basketball and tennis courts, three golf holes, a recording studio and a private lake.

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith spent years and millions of dollars making the perfect family home on 150 acres in the Santa Monica Mountains near Calabasas, CA. They told AD that every single thing in their house was handmade and they wanted it to be a spiritual retreat for their family. 

The Smiths quietly listed their 150-acre compound for $42 million. 

They also Sold their Hawaii Estate for $20 Million Dollars in December 2011, - $6.5 million more than they paid for it two years ago, according to public records.
