NBA Chris Bosh Lists Party Mansion in Pacific Palisades for $45,000-A-Month

Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh has a new position off the court: landlord. The 6-foot-11 professional basketball player, who recently proclaimed that he is Hall of Fame bound, is looking to lease out his party mansion in Pacific Palisades, CA for the monthly sum of $45,000 – or $10,000 more than what Heat President Pat Riley is asking to rent his oceanfront digs in Malibu, CA.
Bosh originally paid $9.4 million for the property in December of 2012. Sited on a secluded knoll of nearly 1.5 acres, the stylish Mediterranean estate boasts panoramic views stretching from Topanga Canyon to the ocean.
The mansion swells to approximately 10,755 square feet thanks to six bedroom, eight bathrooms and a host of luxuries ranging from an in-house move theater to a billiards room with sports bar to a palatial master suite with its own ocean view balcony. Outside, Bosh’s rental takes on a resort-style feel with an infinity pool befitting a hip-hop video, a swim-up bar and lounge areas for days.
