Rihanna picked up the Fashion Icon of the Year award and proved why she is an icon by leaving jaws dropped on the red carpet. Rihanna wore a custom Adam Selman gown that was covered in over 230,000 Swarovski crystals, and was completely see-through.
While she wore a nude thong underneath the dress, she ditched any pasties.
To accessorize, she went for a sparkling doo-rag and a fur stole.
